Barker Ross 13.45 per hour PAYE Immediate Start

Barker Ross are currently recruiting for a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our client's team covering the Gravesend and Dartford areas.

This is a hands–on outdoor role ideal for candidates who enjoy working outside and take pride in maintaining public and green spaces to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

Grass cutting, strimming, hedge trimming, and general grounds maintenanceUsing hand tools and powered equipment safely and effectivelyMaintaining outdoor areas to a high standardTravelling between local sites during the working dayWorking independently and as part of a team

Requirements

Valid UK manual driving licence (essential)Previous grounds maintenance, landscaping, or gardening experience essentialReliable, punctual, and hardworking attitudeMust live locally to the Gravesend or Dartford areasComfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
