This Ganger opportunity offers an ASAP start.

You will:

Lead and coordinate a small gang of operatives on siteAllocate daily tasks and monitor progress against project requirementsEnsure all work is carried out safely and in line with health and safety regulationsLiaise with the Site Supervisor and other trades to maintain productivityCarry out site inspections and report any issues or hazards promptlyMaintain high standards of workmanship and ensure deadlines are met.

We're Looking For

Previous experience working as a Ganger or in a similar supervisory roleStrong leadership, communication, and organisational skillsGood understanding of health and safety proceduresAbility to motivate teams and work to project deadlinesValid CSCS Card - EssentialSSSTS qualification is desirable but not essential
