Job Title: Finishing Site Manager

Location: Tamworth

Rate: £280-£290 per day

We are currently seeking an experienced Finishing Site Manager to join a project.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing and coordinating all finishing trades on site

Driving the programme to ensure works are completed on time and to a high standard

Managing snagging lists and quality control

Ensuring health & safety standards are met at all times

Liaising with subcontractors, consultants, and senior management

Preparing areas for inspection, handover, and practical completionRequirements:

Proven experience as a Finishing Site Manager on healthcare, commercial, multi build, accommodation or similar projects

Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificates

Strong eye for detail and ability to manage multiple trades
