Randstad C&P are working with a leading client within the North West to onboard an experienced Facilities Assistant to provide general maintenance assistance across their contract. This is a full–time and permanent opportunity offering a 37.5 working week

The Package:

The Main Duties:

Addressing a broad range of general maintenance tasks including minor plastering, glazing, door repairs, and fundamental plumbing.Completing minor plumbing and electrical maintenance.Prioritising and responding to urgent Health and Safety call–outs to ensure site compliance.Conducting scheduled inspections and performing necessary remedial actions.racking maintenance requests through to completion via detailed logging and follow–up procedures.

The Requirements:

Experience working within general maintenance.Basic plumbing and electrical skills desirable.Full UK drivers licence.Passionate about delivering top customer service.Experience within a customer facing role.Interested? Apply today with an up–to–date CV!
