Responsibilities:

– Managing property sales from initial enquiry to completion

– Conducting viewings and providing detailed feedback to clients

– Negotiating offers and ensuring smooth transactions

– Maintaining up–to–date knowledge of the local property market

Skills and Experience Required:

– Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator, preferably within St John's Wood or Hampstead

– In–depth understanding of the local property market

– Strong negotiation and communication skills

– Ability to build and maintain client relationships

– Self–motivated with a results–driven approach
