The Role

As an Estimator, you will play a key role in preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for a range of refurbishment and fit–out projects. You will work closely with internal teams, clients, and supply chain partners to ensure commercially sound decisions throughout the tender process.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed cost estimates, including labour, materials, and plantReview project drawings, specifications, and documentationSupport tender submissions and bid strategyLiaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricingAssess and manage project risks and opportunitiesMaintain and update cost databases in line with current market conditionsCollaborate with pre–construction, commercial, and project delivery teamsRequirements

Proven experience in a construction estimating role (typically projects up to 3m)Strong knowledge of refurbishment and fit–out projectsExperience using estimating software (e.g. ConQuest) and strong Excel skillsGood commercial awareness with the ability to support winning tendersStrong analytical skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesExcellent communication and team collaboration skillsWhat's on Offer
