Your new company is a local authority based in the Wirral.
Your new role
Your new role as Estates Project Manager will require you to oversee a mixed property portfolio of publicly accessible assets in a live operational environment.
You will oversee the repairs, compliance and survey programme ensuring buildings are maintained to standard and statutory compliance is assured (i.e. asbestos, fire, electrical, gas, water etc).
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed, you will need experience working in a public sector or similar highly regulated environment and the ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
You will need a well-rounded, technical background in project management in a building/construction/estates/property environment.
What you'll get in return
