Estates Compliance Officer
Pinpoint Resourcing are working with an Education business based near Camden who are looking for an Estates Compliance Officer to join their team on a temporary basis for circa 6 months.
Duties:
Gap analysis and risk identification PPM Scheduling CAFM system processing Stakeholder engagement Maintenance and contract reviews Liaising with suppliers M&E compliance Desirable:
Reviewed maintenance contracts Worked on–site, liaised with facilities/contractors Able to provide clear progress updates Knowledge of statutory frameworks Salary/information:
