GBP30,000 basic salary including car allowance. Plus 1.25% office commission on all sales completions and lettings move–ins, averaging GBP4,500 to GBP6,500 per year. Plus listings bonus averaging GBP5,000 to GBP10,000 per year. Plus office target completion bonus of GBP3,000 per year. The above equates to on target earnings of between GBP42,500 and GBP49,500 with potential to increase this with more listings. 3 month salary guarantee of GBP40,000. This position has become available due to promotions within branch and initially the role will be a Senior Negotiator and Lister with a view to promotion to Assistant Manager.
