Confero Recruitment Group is supporting an FM Service Provoder in their search for an Electrician to deliver reactive maintenance and PPM, ensuring systems are safe, efficient, and compliant.
Key Responsibilities:
Reactive maintenance, fault finding, and repairs Complete PPM tasks Annual emergency lighting maintenance Ensure 18th Edition (BS 7671) compliance Maintain records and support H&S/audits Work with site teams Requirements:
NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) 18th Edition certification (essential)
