I am currently recruiting an experienced Electrical Tester to support the testing, inspection, and certification of electrical installations on a large–scale new build housing development.

This role involves ensuring all electrical systems are fully tested, compliant with current regulations, and ready for final client handover.

Electrical Tester Key Responsibilities:

Carry out electrical testing and inspection across new build residential propertiesComplete and manage all relevant electrical test certificationIdentify and report faults or non–compliance and support corrective worksEnsure all installations meet current regulations and project specificationsWork closely with site management and project teams to maintain programme deadlinesSupport the final testing phase leading to project completion and handover Electrical Tester Requirements:

ECS Gold Card (essential)2391 or equivalent Testing and Inspection qualificationProven experience testing electrical installations on new build housing developmentsStrong knowledge of current wiring regulations and certification proceduresAbility to manage documentation accurately and efficiently Competitive rates available depending on experience.
