Provide on-site leadership and supervision to electrical installation teams, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. Plan and coordinate electrical installation activities in collaboration with project managers, site engineers, and other trades, scheduling resources, materials, and equipment to meet project timelines and milestones. Conduct regular inspections and quality checks of electrical works in progress, verifying compliance with design drawings, specifications, and regulatory requirements, and addressing any non-conformities or deficiencies promptly. Enforce strict adherence to health and safety policies, procedures, and regulations on-site, conducting toolbox talks, safety inductions, and site audits to promote a safe working environment and prevent accidents or incidents. Manage the procurement, delivery, and storage of electrical materials, tools, and equipment on-site, ensuring availability and readiness as per project requirements, while minimising wastage and controlling costs. Provide technical guidance and support to electrical installation teams, troubleshooting technical issues, resolving conflicts, and implementing solutions to ensure smooth progress and timely completion of works. Serve as the primary point of contact for electrical works on-site, liaising with clients, consultants, inspectors, and other stakeholders, providing regular updates, addressing inquiries, and managing expectations to foster positive relationships and ensure client satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of electrical installation activities, including work progress, site incidents, material deliveries, and subcontractor performance, and prepare regular reports for project managers and senior management as required.

Proven experience as an Electrical Site Supervisor or similar role in construction or electrical projects. Relevant qualifications such as JIB, SSSTS / SMSTS Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills essential for effective site management.
