Role Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to support a major office refurbishment project in Leeds city centre, with further projects to follow across Leeds. This is a permanent opportunity offering the chance to lead the electrical package on a high-profile commercial development while becoming part of a contractor with a strong and growing presence in the region.

Roles and Responsibilities

Managing the electrical package from pre-construction through to completion and handover Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, and within budget Overseeing electrical installations including power, lighting, containment, fire alarms, and associated systems Managing procurement, labour requirements, and project resources Monitoring project progress and addressing any issues as they arise Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations and quality standards Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and site teams Skills and Qualifications Required

Strong electrical background within commercial construction projects Proven experience managing large-scale projects as an Electrical Project Manager or M&E Project Manager Experience delivering office refurbishment projects would be advantageous Strong leadership and organisational skills Commercial awareness and the ability to manage project programmes effectively Commitment to health and safety and quality standards Based within or able to work in Leeds If you would like more information about this permanent opportunity, please apply or send your CV, and we will be in touch with further details.
