Job Details
Electrical Maintenance Engineer required to work on a mobile basis on a commercial contract in and around the Bristol and surrounding area.
Carrying out Electrical Services, Planned Maintenance (PPMs), Reactive works M&E repairs to a range of building services plant and controls within a range of commercial buildings in accordance to Health & Safety requirments.
Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM): Performing scheduled inspections, servicing, and minor repairs on electrical systems and M&E plant, such as AHUs and FCUs. Respond to Reactive Works to include all Electrical issues. Additional HVAC knowledge / skills Correct and timely completion of paperwork according to company policy and procedure. Provide engineering condition reports Adhere to the out of hours call out rota (as required). Approx. 1 week in 10/12 Skills / Training
Electrically qualified with relevant trade qualification (ECS / JIB)
Preferably hold Test and Inspection qualification (but not essential)
