Description
My client is a regional main contractor specialising in multi-million new build projects across the health and education sectors. They are currently seeking a freelance Design Manager for a new build 22m commercial scheme near to Birmingham
The successful design manager will have 5 years main contractor experience and project experience up to 20m in value.
As Design Manager on this project, your duties and responsibilities will include:
