Design Coordinator - Civils & Utilities Bedfordshire
We are seeking a Design Coordinator to join a major Design & Build infrastructure project in Bedfordshire, coordinating approximately drawings across civil engineering and utilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and review incoming design information.Coordinate design activities from RIBA Stage 3 through to Stage 6 and handover.Identify additional information required at Stage 5 and submit feedback to the client.Coordinate as-built drawings and ensure inclusion within O&M manuals.Support design compliance, quality and successful handover.Liaise with design consultantsAbout You:
Experience in design coordination across civils, utilities or infrastructure.Understanding of design stages 3-6 and handover requirements.Strong technical, organisational and communication skills.Experience working on Design & Build projects is advantageous.If this role suits you please contact Infastructure
