Demolition Contracts Manager - East Anglia

Location: East Anglia - based in Norfolk

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Demolition Contracts Manager to join our client and lead the delivery of demolition projects across East Anglia.

You will be responsible for managing projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and deliver demolition projects from pre-construction to completion

Ensure full compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations

Manage site teams, subcontractors and project budgets

Liaise with clients, stakeholders and supply chain partners

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard

Requirements

CCDO Demolition Manager Black Card - essential

Minimum 2 years' experience in demolition management

Experience managing demolition projects from start to finish

Strong knowledge of health & safety and environmental requirements

MIDE qualification desirable

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders
