Job Overview
We are currently seeking experienced and reliable Demolition Labourers for an 8-week demolition project in Leeds (LS1). This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional site team and play a key role in the safe and efficient completion of demolition works.
The successful candidates will assist with soft strip and demolition activities, site clearance, waste removal, and general labouring duties while ensuring strict adherence to health and safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting with soft strip and demolition worksRemoving fixtures, fittings, and non-structural elementsLoading, unloading, and moving demolition materials around siteSegregating and disposing of waste materials appropriatelyMaintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environmentAssisting plant operators and demolition teams as requiredFollowing site demolition plans and instructions from supervisorsAdhering to all health, safety, and environmental regulationsCarrying out general labouring and site support duties Requirements
Valid CSCS Card (Essential)Previous demolition or construction labouring experienceGood understanding of demolition site health and safety requirementsPhysically fit and capable of carrying out manual handling dutiesAbility to work effectively as part of a teamReliable, hardworking, and punctualOwn PPE including Hard Hat, High-Visibility Vest, Safety Boots, Gloves, and Eye Protection Desirable
