Salary: 65,000 - 80,000 DOE + car/car allowance + benefits

Location: Within proximity to Eastleigh, Hampshire with travel to sites

Position: Full-time, Permanent

An experienced Senior Contracts Manager - Fit-Out is required to join an established construction and fit-out business delivering high-quality projects across the retail, hospitality, wellness and commercial sectors. The Senior Contracts Manager - Fit-Out will take a senior role in the delivery of turnkey projects, overseeing contracts from pre-construction through to completion and working closely with clients, project teams and supply chain partners.

About the Role

The Senior Contracts Manager - Fit-Out will oversee the successful delivery of projects from planning and mobilisation through to completion and handover. The role will involve managing multiple elements of turnkey project delivery while maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams.

Key responsibilities will include:

Managing the delivery of fit-out and construction projects from pre-construction through to completion.

Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and project teams to ensure works are delivered to programme and required standards.

Managing client and stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Overseeing programme, procurement, commercial and contractual requirements.

Coordinating complex construction elements including structural works, enabling works and specialist packages where required.

Managing project risks, quality, health and safety and the successful handover of completed works.

Candidate Background

The successful Senior Contracts Manager - Fit-Out will have a strong background in commercial fit-out and construction, with previous experience operating at Contracts Manager or Senior Contracts Manager level.

You will need to demonstrate:

Strong experience managing commercial, retail or high-specification fit-out projects.

Previous experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Contracts Manager within the fit-out sector.

Experience managing subcontractors, project teams, programmes and client relationships.

Good understanding of construction contracts, project delivery and commercial requirements.

SMSTS and CSCS certification.

A relevant construction qualification would be advantageous.
