Concrete Supervisor

Teamforce Labour are currently looking for an experienced Concrete Supervisor for works based in Birmingham across various sites.

Role & Responsibilities:

Supervise concrete gangs and ensure operatives are put to work safely and efficientlyCarry out daily briefings, toolbox talks and task briefingsOversee concrete pours and finishing worksSupervise power floating and brush finish concrete worksManage making good and remedial concrete worksEnsure works are completed safely and to the required standardCoordinate labour and site activities with site managementRequirements:

Previous experience supervising concrete worksStrong experience with power floating and brush finish concreteExperience with concrete making good/remedial worksCompetent in putting men to work and carrying out briefingsWilling to travel to various sites as requiredReliable and available for a minimum of 5 days per weekRelevant CSCS/SSSTS or SMSTS preferredAbout Us:
