Client Services Manager – Property Sector
Aztec, Bristol
Salary: 30,000 – 32,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
Contract: Permanent
Are you from a Beauty, Travel, Recruitment, Estate Agency, Flight Attendant background, or currently working in house lettings or property but looking for a change?
We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and commercially minded individual with excellent customer service and strong face–to–face people skills. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well–established property company in a key Client Services Manager role.
You will be someone who is comfortable in a fast–paced, client–facing environment, confident in building relationships, and capable of opening doors to new business opportunities. A proactive, motivated attitude and strong communication skills are essential.
The Role
This position plays a vital role in the financial and operational success of the centre. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, increasing occupancy, and ensuring excellent client service delivery while supporting the wider objectives of the business.
You will work closely with the Directorship and be expected to demonstrate strong organisational ability, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure. A team–focused mindset and a commitment to delivering high standards of customer service are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Operational and Financial Management:
Full accountability for the financial and operational performance of the centreManagement of financial procedures and operational efficiencyResponsibility for maintaining strong commercial performanceWorking within agreed annual budgets to achieve financial targetsMonitoring and managing aged debtors effectivelyUnderstanding and reviewing profit and loss reports and cost controlIdentifying and implementing opportunities for additional revenuePreparing and presenting lettings and revenue plans when requiredSales and Marketing:
Building and maintaining relationships with brokers and commercial agentsPromoting available space under agreed commercial termsDriving occupancy levels and achieving sales targetsManaging licence agreement renewals to retain and grow revenueDeveloping relationships with corporate occupiers and key local businessesIdentifying opportunities for short–term expansion and project–based requirementsMaximising revenue from all services within the centreNetworking with influencers, public sector contacts, and inward investment bodiesAssisting with the creation of marketing materialsIdentifying and implementing local marketing initiativesHandling enquiries, conducting viewings, negotiating deals, and completing contractsUsing social media in a creative and professional mannerDeveloping and supporting promotional campaigns for the business centreClient Services and Business Development:
Attracting new clients and retaining existing customersProviding excellent customer service at all timesDeveloping long–term client relationshipsSupporting ongoing growth and expansion opportunitiesEnsuring smooth communication between clients, brokers, and internal teamsSkills and Attributes Required
