Description
Carpenter Multi-Trade Operative - Repairs & Maintenance
Location: Tamworth and surrounding areas
Rate: £200 per day
Think Recruitment are working with a repairs and maintenance contractor looking for an experienced Carpenter Multi-Trade Operative to carry out repairs within tenanted properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete responsive carpentry repairs within occupied homes.
Repair and replace doors, frames, locks, handles, skirting boards and other timber fixtures.
Carry out repairs to kitchen units, worktops and flooring.
Undertake associated multi-trade tasks, including basic plumbing, patch plastering and making good.
Identify faults and complete repairs to a high standard.
Communicate professionally with tenants and work considerately in their homes.
Maintain safe, tidy work areas and follow health and safety procedures.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Carpenter Multi-Trade Operative.
Experience carrying out repairs and maintenance in tenanted properties.
Valid Blue CSCS Card.
Own Van
Practical ability across carpentry and associated maintenance trades. xjnqpsq
Good customer service skills and a reliable approach.
