Building Surveyor – Leeds

My client are looking for a Building Surveyor to join their dynamic Building Design Practice in Leeds, supporting a broad range of exciting projects across the North region.

Working within a multi–disciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to deliver a full suite of Building Surveying services across a variety of sectors, including education, local government, healthcare, and infrastructure.

You will be:

Delivering a wide range of Building Surveying and Project Management services

Undertaking condition and measured surveys, defect analysis, and professional reports

Managing projects from design through to delivery, including small to medium–scale refurbishments

Performing Contract Administration duties using JCT and NEC contracts

Supporting repeat business and contributing to new business development

Working closely with high–profile public and private sector clients

You will need have the following:

Degree qualified in Building Surveying (RICS accredited)

Chartered (MRICS or MCIOB) – or working towards chartership

Ability to manage client relationships and communicate effectively across all levels

Experience with public sector bodies (e.g., local authorities or government agencies) is desirable
