Falcon Green are currently recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager to join a reputable main contractor delivering a major school extension project in Malvern.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Assistant Site Manager looking to secure a long-term position, with the role initially offered on a freelance basis before transitioning into a permanent position for the right individual.

Working alongside an experienced site team, you'll play a key role in the successful delivery of the project, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the day-to-day management of the construction site. Coordinate subcontractors and monitor progress against programme. Ensure all works are completed safely and in line with health & safety regulations. Carry out quality inspections and manage snagging works. Support with site inductions, toolbox talks and site paperwork. Liaise with the Site Manager, Project Manager, subcontractors and client representatives. Help drive programme and quality throughout the build. Requirements:

Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager with a main contractor. Experience delivering education, commercial or public sector projects is advantageous. SMSTS or SSSTS (SMSTS preferred). Valid CSCS Card. First Aid at Work certificate. Excellent communication and organisational skills. What's on Offer:
