Assistant Project Manager - Construction

Description

This is a Permanent, Full-time position supporting project delivery within a professional property and construction consultancy.

Responsibilities

* Support projects from initial planning through construction, completion and close-out

* Assist with procurement, risk management, reporting and programme monitoring

* Coordinate consultants, contractors and internal project teams under senior guidance

* Monitor budgets, programmes, actions and key deliverables

* Assist with contract administration, change management and project documentation

Requirements

* Relevant degree in construction, property or project management

* Minimum one year of practical UK project management experience

* Understanding of project management principles and construction delivery

* Familiarity with Microsoft Office and standard project documentation

* Eligibility to live and work in the UK
