Description

Lead an innovative estates strategy and development programme focused on creating a world–class campus experience.

The University of Lincoln is entering an exciting phase of transformation, with ambitious plans to ensure its campuses and physical environments support academic excellence, operational resilience, and an outstanding student and staff experience. Our purpose is to improve lives and communities by attracting global talent and driving technological and digital innovation across key sectors.

Our ambition is clear: to be ranked among the Top 40 UK universities and Top 500 globally by 2030, and to be recognised in the Top 15 UK universities by 2050. To enable this, we have ambitious plans to evolve our physical and digital environments in ways that reflect our values, support our academic mission, and enhance the experience of our students, staff, and wider community.

The role will provide leadership for the implementation and delivery of the University's Campus Strategy and Campus Futures agenda. As a member of the Campus Services Senior Leadership Team, the postholder will also lead the delivery of an integrated portfolio encompassing property and space management initiatives, estate development, campus transformation, sustainability programmes, capital investment projects, property and space management initiatives and organisational change activities.

The successful candidate will bring demonstrable experience of optimising complex property portfolios and programmes at a senior, strategic level. With commercial and technical acumen honed in the property/construction industry, you will have a proven track record of managing capital projects teams and external supply chains across a diverse portfolio of projects.

For a briefing discussion please contact our retained advisors Ben Duffill or Nicholas Coppard from The Management Recruitment Group (MRG).

The closing date for applications is Sunday 6th September 2026.
