Graduate Building Surveyor (Remote)

Location: Remote Yorkshire–based

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

About the Role

My client is a forward–thinking, RICS–regulated building consultancy providing tailored surveying and project services to public and private sector clients across the UK. As they expand their team, they re looking for a motivated Graduate Building Surveyor with at least 18 months of relevant experience to join them on a fully remote basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious surveyor who is eager to develop their skills further, enjoy variety in their work, and contribute to a growing, supportive team, all without being tied to a physical office location.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in delivering a wide range of professional surveying services, including: Condition surveys and asset assessments Dilapidations and technical due diligence Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) reports Support project delivery from inception through to completion Prepare technical reports, schedules, and contract documentation under supervision Collaborate with senior surveyors and project teams to meet client needs Requirements

Minimum of 2 years experience in building surveying Strong technical knowledge with solid report writing skills Ability to work independently and remotely with a proactive approach Positive, client–focused attitude and eagerness to learn and grow professionally Why Join?
