We're working with an award-winning architectural practice renowned for delivering exceptional prime and super-prime residential projects for discerning private clients. Combining outstanding design with technical excellence, the practice has built a reputation for creating bespoke homes where craftsmanship, detailing and build quality are paramount.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking an Architectural Technologist or Architectural Technician with strong technical ability to join their highly collaborative team.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity to work on some of London's finest bespoke residential projects, developing complex technical solutions from planning through to construction.

Working closely with the Directors and Project Architects, you'll be responsible for producing high-quality technical information, developing bespoke construction details and coordinating technical design throughout the project lifecycle.

This role would particularly suit someone who genuinely enjoys construction technology and takes pride in producing elegant, practical detailing rather than relying on standard solutions.

Key responsibilities include:Producing detailed technical drawing packages and construction informationDeveloping bespoke construction details from first principlesPreparing planning and technical drawing packagesProducing specifications using NBS ChorusCoordinating information with consultants, contractors and specialist suppliersSupporting projects through planning, technical design and constructionUndertaking site visits, inspections and technical reviewsContributing to technical research, material selection and construction methodologyWorking collaboratively to ensure exceptional technical quality across every projectAbout You Degree qualified in Architectural Technology or ArchitectureExperience working within a UK architectural practiceStrong technical detailing and construction knowledgeExcellent AutoCAD skillsExperience preparing technical drawing packages and construction informationGood understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction methodsExperience producing specifications (NBS Chorus advantageous)Strong communication and organisational skillsPrevious experience within high-end residential architecture would be highly desirableCandidates who are technically focused Architects, Architectural Technologists or experienced Architectural Technicians will all be considered.
