Architectural Technician
Location: Flintshire
Salary: £30-40,000
I'm working with an established multidisciplinary practice to recruit an Architectural Technician to join their team in Flintshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a well-established organisation with a strong track record in the residential sector and a diverse range of expertise.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and submit planning applications, drawings and supporting documentation
Develop projects from initial planning proposals through to detailed construction information
Attend site visits and ensure projects comply with relevant technical requirements and standards
Produce technical specifications, tender documentation and detailed working drawing packages
Skills & Experience
Relevant qualification or degree in Architectural Technology
Previous post-qualification experience as an Architectural Technician within a UK-based practice
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD
Experience working on residential projects and xjnqpsq taking schemes through various project stages
Strong technical knowledge combined with excellent presentation skills
High level of attention to detail
Excellent communication, organisational and time-management skills
