Location: Malvern

Salary: Apprentice Rate for 6 months then going up after that + Benefits

A well-established regional contractor is looking to recruit an Apprentice Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team in Malvern.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin a career within Quantity Surveying while gaining practical experience alongside industry professionals. You will work on a variety of construction projects across sectors including education, healthcare, residential and leisure, whilst receiving ongoing support and development.

The Role

Assisting the commercial team with the day-to-day management of construction projectsSupporting the preparation of valuations, cost reports and forecastsAssisting with subcontractor procurement and package managementMonitoring project costs and commercial performanceSupporting contract administration and project documentationWorking closely with Quantity Surveyors, Site Managers and Project ManagersDeveloping your technical and commercial knowledge through structured training and mentorship Requirements

A keen interest in pursuing a career in Quantity Surveying and ConstructionGCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and EnglishStrong numerical and analytical skillsGood communication and organisational abilitiesMotivated, ambitious and eager to learnAbility to work effectively as part of a teamFull UK Driving Licence desirable What's on Offer
