Lovely vintage box designed for Chinese health iron balls, lined with red velvet inside.
The exterior has a dark fabric covering with gold floral patterns and a small brass clasp.
Included is the original instruction leaflet for the iron balls, which states 'MADE IN CHINA'.
The box is in good condition for its age, showing some minor wear and tear on the fabric.
