Description
VINTAGE Silver metal lid top condiment (or) storage jar set dating from late 1930’s - 1940’s. The jars have a unique shape and are true authentic pieces. The set consists of 4 pieces all beautifully designed with ribbed glass detailing, perfect for salt, pepper, herbs or spices and general kitchen storage alternatively for display. Measurements in inches: *Largest Tall narrow jar (12 sided with perforations to chrome lid): Height: 7, Width: 1½, Tall jar: Height: 6½, Width: 1½ (12 sided), Smaller narrow jar (12 sided with perforations to chrome lid): Height: 4, Width: 2, Wide Oval lid jar (16 sided): Height: 4, Width: 3. The chrome Lids on 3 jars are in very good condition. One of the tall narrow jars is showing some sign of wear due to age. The condition the ribbed glass is extremely good with no chips, cracks or scratches. A beautiful item. *I can arrange 2nd class postage recorded delivery if required.
