Junior / Trainee Data Analyst

Salary: £25,000 – £30,000

Location: Alcester (Hybrid)

Our client is a technology-focused Mortgage Network, offering support services to Mortgage and Protection Advisers. Their goal is to continue to be the best home for Mortgage Advisers, Protection Specialists, Equity Release Experts and General Insurance Professionals, whatever their size or location, using market-leading technology.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, maintain, and enhance reporting solutions that provide actionable insights for the business.Collaborate with various departments to uphold data quality and keep records current.Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards and reports to support business objectives.Work with large datasets, ensuring reliability, accuracy, and optimal data delivery.Utilise advanced tools for data extraction, analysis, and presentation.

Ideal Candidate

Our client is looking for someone who:

Holds a relevant qualification in data analysis or a related field.Is proficient in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel, SQL, and Power BI.Can communicate complex financial information clearly to non-finance personnel.Demonstrates a strong team spirit while also being able to work independently.Is detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills for managing tasks effectively.Exhibits a passion for learning and development in the data analysis field.Is capable of analysing complex datasets and recognising meaningful trends.
