Excellent, professional all round service. Set up new computer perfectly. Outdated content removed, and content still in use and required efficiently transferred from previous computer. Lots of most helpful advice given, affably explained and clarified. Highly recommend.

Steve looked at the computer, but the fault was more than was possible to practically repair and the computer must be returned to the manufacturer (HP) for repair or replacement. Steve made no charge for looking at the computer.
