All I can say is how wonderful Ahara nutrition really is sorted my ibs and digestive issues I was suffering with for a very long while . Everything was so easy to follow and even when I had issues they were always there to help me. Rosie has helped me so much to improve all the stomach related issues I had, so much so that I can now eat dairy after having to remove it from my diet as advised by gp’s many times over the years. When I first met over video call with Rosie I was in pain and struggling with my stomach and food issues on a daily basis so much that it was really getting me down. Rosie has improved my quality of life, I’m no longer in pain and struggling with these issues and even when I am I can identify why it’s happened and how to improve the symptoms.
