Our available offices range from 164 up to 290 sq ft and all have access to communal washrooms and kitchen areas.
We also have some state of the art workshops that are available in our latest building and also come inclusive of heat and light, Sizes range from 400 to 540 sq ft

Office C33 is on our established site and is 164 sq ft with dimension of 12'8" x 12'9". It can accommodate up to 6 people and rental price of £360.80 pcm includes heat and light.
Offices D17 and D21 are our most popular and are based in our newest 3 storey expansion. These are state of the art offices that can cater for up to 8 people and have a rental price of £555.00 per calendar month again inclusive of heat and light. They are 220 sq ft in size with dimensions of approx 25' x 9'. These offices have access to our large atrium and first floor external garden for those informal meetings or lunchtime break outs.
D13 is a similar office to the ones above but comes in at 290sq ft (25'x 11' 6") for those that want a little bit more space.
As well as offices we also have a selection of offices available or coming available.
D4 - This is one of our most successful spaces and is ideal for someone who requires ample light and and a showcase space to work from. It comprises approximately 400 sq ft overall and has a double door external entrance leading straight out into the car park. The unit has part glazed areas which give the unit extra light. The internal walls are treated breezeblock and the unit has a sealed concrete floor. Additional benefits include an internal lobby which gives added security as well as direct access to the buildings in house facilities. The unit comes with central heating and a single commercial sink unit and the workshop has an internal alarm system that can be linked to a central monitoring station. D1 and D2 are also located in our site 3 and each have a square footage of 540 sq ft with dimensions approx 14'6" x 37'4" and have a ceiling height of 18'9" making them ideal for large height storage. They have a double door entrance , immediate access for loading and unloading and enjoy all the facilities that are on offer in our 3 storey expansion include a commercial sink. Price for each all inclusive of heat and light pcm are £1296.00
Lastly D7 can be rented for £1032.00 inc heat and light enjoying all the same facilities as our other units in this building. This unit comes in at 430 sq ft with dimensions of 14'6" x 29" and a unit height of 10'6".
