Hiya, Thanks for clicking my post!
So we have a converted warehouse space near Hove Lagoon, we call it TRUB Studios (give us a google) Within the warehouse we have various storage and studio spaces hired out on casual rolling monthly terms to bands and producers.
Right now we have 1 Xsmall, 2 smalls and 1 medium size studio space available to rent monthly. Ideal from drummers, producers or bands. Space can also be used as storage or artists studio.
Typically approximate sizes as follows:
Xsmall 2m x 3m
Small 2.5m x 3.5m
Medium 3.5m x 3.5m
Rent is all inc. so no extra bills to pay. A deposit is required for security.
We have wifi throughout, shared kitchen/lounge and WCs.
The studio location is well connected to public transport, we have free parking and a loading area right outside the front door.
Plenty of local shops and take aways should you need snacks!
