We’re looking for the right business to join us. The ideal sharer will:

• Make regular, if not daily, use of the kitchen
• Require a moderate amount of storage space
• Be considerate and flexible around the schedules of the other businesses sharing the kitchen
• Be able to take advantage of quieter periods - particularly evenings and weekends, when the kitchen is completely vacant
• Understand that certain periods are busier than others; for example, Tuesday mornings are particularly busy

This would suit an established street food, catering or food production business looking for a practical prep base without the cost of taking on an entire commercial kitchen.
