FREELANCE HAIRDRESSER WANTED FOR HOSPITAL SALON

Are you looking for an exciting business opportunity with the chance to give something back to the NHS?

The Friends of Chelsea & Westminster Hospital, an independent charity which supports the work of this busy West London hospital, is seeking an experienced Freelance Hairdresser to manage our staff and patient Hair Salon. We are looking for someone who can run the salon as a business, serving both staff and patients of the hospital as well as their own client base.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone independent and ambitious who would like to provide a much-needed service to the hospital while also growing their own business.

Requirements:
• A recognised professional qualification in hairdressing, barbering, or a related field. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with a diverse clientele. 
• An approachable and compassionate manner, with sensitivity to the needs of patients, visitors, and staff within a healthcare setting. 
• The ability to work independently and effectively manage their own business operations. 
• Appropriate public liability and professional indemnity insurance. 
• Compliance with all relevant health, safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements. 
• A commitment to maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, infection prevention, and client care.
