Pay: £17 per hour (training starts at £12/hr for first 20 hours, then rises to £17/hr)

Role Responsibilities:


Clean and prepare apartments after guest stays (bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and communal areas).



Change and make up beds with fresh linen.



Restock essentials (toiletries, paper products, cleaning supplies).



Report any damages or maintenance issues.



Work efficiently to meet turnaround times between guest check-outs and check-ins.



Requirements:


Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred (hotel, Airbnb, or similar).



Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail are essential.



Right to work in the UK.



Ability to work independently and as part of a team.



What We Offer:

Our busy Soho office manages laundry for multiple short-let apartments. We are looking for dependable laundry assistants to help us keep guest bedding, towels, and linens in excellent condition.

Role Responsibilities:

Clean and prepare apartments after guest stays (bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and communal areas).

Change and make up beds with fresh linen.

Restock essentials (toiletries, paper products, cleaning supplies).

Report any damages or maintenance issues.

Work efficiently to meet turnaround times between guest check-outs and check-ins.

Assist with laundry when required, including:

Sort, wash, dry, and fold laundry (bedding, towels, linens).

Operate laundry machines and dryers safely and efficiently.

Ensure all items are clean, fresh, and neatly presented.

Maintain stock levels of linen and towels.

Organise laundry for delivery to apartments.

Keep the laundry area clean and tidy.

Requirements:


Laundry or housekeeping experience helpful, but not essential.



Reliability and attention to detail are essential.



Physically able to handle laundry loads.



Right to work in the UK.
