Description
Cleaner Required for Office Space and UHNW Residence
1. Scope of Services
The Service Provider will deliver professional cleaning and housekeeping services across two premises within the same geographic area:
A. Office Premises
Type: Single-floor office
Capacity: Approx. 12 staff
Frequency: Twice weekly
Service Days: Wednesday and Saturday
Service Time: Outside working hours (evening preferred unless otherwise agreed)
B. Residential Property (UHNW - Discretion Required)
Type: 2-bedroom flat
Frequency: Once weekly
Service Day: Friday
Service Type: Full housekeeping service
2. Office Cleaning Requirements
The following tasks are to be completed on each scheduled visit:
General Areas
Vacuum carpets and mop hard floors
Dust and wipe all surfaces, desks, and accessible fixtures
Empty bins and replace liners
Clean internal glass and mirrors
Wipe doors, handles, and high-touch surfaces
Kitchen / Break Area
Clean countertops, sinks, and appliances (microwave, fridge exterior, kettle)
Wash any dishes left (if applicable)
Restock consumables (toilet roll, soap, kitchen roll - all provided)
Toilets / Washrooms
Clean and disinfect toilets, sinks, and taps
Replenish toilet paper, soap, and hygiene products (all provided)
Mop and sanitize floors
Additional
Report any maintenance issues or damages
Ensure premises are left secure after cleaning
3. Residential Housekeeping (UNHW Flat)
A full-service housekeeping provision is required, including:
General Cleaning
Dusting and wiping all surfaces
Vacuuming carpets and rugs
Mopping floors
Cleaning internal windows and mirrors
Kitchen
Full clean of surfaces, sink, and appliances
Fridge check and light internal clean (as needed)
Dishwashing and tidying
Bedrooms
Bed making and linen change
Organising and tidying personal spaces respectfully
Bathroom(s)
Deep cleaning and sanitisation of all fixtures
Replacement of towels (if provided)
Laundry & Ironing
Washing, drying, and folding clothes and linens
Ironing garments as required
Proper handling of delicate items
4. Discretion & Confidentiality
A high level of discretion is essential at all times, particularly in relation to the residential property (UHNW occupant).
The Service Provider must not disclose any information regarding occupants, schedules, or property details.
Staff should maintain a low profile and avoid unnecessary interaction unless required.
Any keys, alarm codes, or access details must be handled securely and confidentially.
5. Access & Security
Access arrangements will be agreed in advance for both locations
The Service Provider is responsible for:
Locking all doors and windows after service
Setting alarms if applicable
Reporting any security concerns immediately
6. Supplies & Equipment
Cleaning products and equipment to be provided by client at both locations
All materials must be safe, compliant with regulations, and suitable for professional use
7. Quality Standards
Work must be completed to a professional, high-standard finish
Any issues or missed tasks should be rectified promptly
Periodic reviews may be conducted to ensure service quality
8. Communication & Reporting
A point of contact will be designated for coordination
Any issues, damages, or supply shortages must be reported after each visit
Optional: Cleaning log or checklist to be maintained
9. Health & Safety
The Service Provider must comply with all relevant health and safety regulations
COSHH-compliant materials to be used where applicable
Safe working practices must be followed at all times
10. Payment Terms
Up to £15ph
