I'm giving up biking due to old age and knackered knees, so I don't need this any more. It's a Hein Gericke textile jacket with heavy unchromed leather on the sleeves, upper chest, sides and shoulders, zip front closure, zip and tab closure on the sleeve ends, and light built-in armour on the elbows, shoulders and back. There is an adjustable waist strap with quick-release buckles, and press-stud adjustment for the sleeve diameters.

It has a zip-out quilted light grey inner liner, and a zip at the back for attaching to trousers. All the zips work fine.

The size label says XXL. With the liner in place, it will comfortably fit up to about a 46 inch chest, 38inch waist, 27 inch sleeve length; I’m 6 ft 1 inch, and it’s long enough for me.

That's about it, really. If you’re looking for a bike jacket, you know Hein Gericke is good and durable kit, not cheap rubbish. What more can I say?
