Description
I’m Alison, and I’m looking for volunteers aged 18 or over who would like to learn self-hypnosis.
This may be of interest if you want to cope with social anxiety, become more assertive, improve sports performance, or change a habit such as nail biting or hair pulling.
I’m a Physician Associate studying CBT with hypnotherapy at The UK College of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy.
I’m looking for volunteers for a course of sessions as part of my training case studies.
