LIFE MODELS WANTED

We are launching a weekly life drawing class from January 2026 and are seeking male and female models to pose on a regular / rotating basis.

What is life drawing?
Life drawing involves sketching the human figure from direct observation of a live model. It is an essential practice for artists, helping them develop skills in observation, anatomy, proportion and gesture. Life models play a key role in helping artists capture the expressive and complex nature of the human form.

About the class:
• Weekly, 2-hour sessions held on a set weekday evening. Models would be required to turn up 15 minutes before class commences to get setup and comfortable
• Modelling may be weekly or part of a rotation with other models (to be arranged)
• Classes will be pre-booked and paid for - no walk-ins
• Sessions are led by an experienced local artist with extensive teaching background

We will go through all aspects of the class with you in advance to ensure your comfort, wellbeing and safety at all times.

What we’re looking for:
• Male & female models comfortable posing nude or partially nude in a professional, respectful environment
• Ability to hold poses steadily for extended periods
• Punctual and reliable, as timely starts are essential

Previous life-modelling experience is desirable but not essential.
