Ready to take your hooping to next level? Here you will learn wedgies, chest, shoulder, knee, elbow hooping and all the variations of tricks alongside body rolls, isolations, escalator variations and different ways to flow with your hoop including how to build a choreography if you want to perform with your hoop.
Suitable for any hooper who is either ready to learn to chest/knee hoop or who are already comfortable doing so and for anyone who has been hooping for several months.
These classes are fun, friendly and sociable.
