Autumn/Winter Hula Hooping
A six week course introducing you to hoop dance.
Hanover Centre, Brighton BN2 9UD
Starts 3rd November for 6 weeks
6.15pm
These classes are suitable for absolute beginners and anyone who has been hooping for a while.
We will play with fun tricks, transitions, on body hooping and build a strong core! Learn to dance with a hoop.
You can find dreamspin hoop dance on fb and youtube to see videos of the kind of hooping you will learn.
The classes are friendly, fun and sociable.
