Cairan turned up on time which is always a good sign. He looked the job over, asked what I wanted to end up with and went away to do his quote. The quote was very reasonable in terms of price. The price included a scaffold tower (as the chimney needed 6 m removing) and a skip to take away the rubble, both of which he organised. He blanked off the top added 2 air bricks put the pot back on and made it all watertight. All in all he did a fantastic job in only 1 day and if necessary I would use him again. He even made sure that the gutter was rubble free. 5 stars and 10 out of 10.

Ciaran has carried out 2 jobs for me. 1 replacing a mullion and the other re pointing an external back wall. Both have been completed to a very high spec. I would highly recommend Ciaran and intend to use him again in the future for further work..
