The Role:
Leading busy services with confidence and energy.
Supporting the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations.
Working on the wok section, ensuring consistency and speed.
Training and mentoring junior chefs.
Maintaining high food safety and cleanliness standards.
What They're Looking For:
Previous Sous Chef experience or a strong Junior Sous ready to step up.
Confident wok skills or high-volume fresh food cooking experience.
Calm, positive leadership with a hands-on approach.
A real passion for fast, flavourful, fresh cooking.
