Part Time Hot Kitchen Chef for Japanese restaurant, Monday to Friday only

Unpretentious, authentic and the first company to bring conveyor belt sushi to the UK, Moshi Moshi is looking for a hot kitchen chef to join our small friendly team.

Moshi Moshi in Liverpool Street station opened in 1994 and we have made delicious, ethical sushi ever since, using quality ingredients from around the British Isles.

The successful candidate will:

Enjoy working in a fast paced environment

Enjoy working in a small, friendly team of 8 chefs

Have excellent cleanliness and presentation skills

We are very much focused on ethical produce, our meat is all organic and an interest in provenance and a willingness to learn about our authentic Japanese food is an advantage, though no experience in Japanese food is necessary.

We offer 4 weeks holiday plus bank holidays a year, that rises to 5 weeks after two years of consecutive service, plus we operate a paid 'bonus holiday' of 3 weeks after 4 years of service.

Hours : This position is part time, and ideally Mondays 9am to 4pm and Wednesdays 10am to 9pm, though may be varied.

We are open Monday to Friday only, last orders at 9pm

£13.50 + / hour depending on experience and tips.
