Head Chef£55,000-£65,000 | London
We're recruiting an experienced Head Chef for a quality-led, high-performing kitchen in the Liverpool Street area. This role is ideal for a confident operator who combines strong systems and structure with creativity and a genuine passion for developing people.
You'll be working with premium suppliers and produce, in a professional environment that values consistency, standards, and calm leadership just as much as great food.

Managing GP, labour, stock, and compliance
Working with quality produce and trusted suppliers
Contributing creatively to menu development while maintaining operational discipline
